8 rich tea biscuits
8 chunks milk chocolate
4 marshmallows
tin foil
Cut out 4 squares of tin foil large enough to wrap your treat in.
Put one biscuit on top of each foil square.
Place 2 chunks of chocolate and 1 marshmallow on each biscuit, then place another biscuit on top.
Wrap the biscuit tightly with the foil.
Put the s'mores on a hot barbecue and warm through for 2 minutes on each side so that the chocolate and marshmallow has just melted.
Remove from the barbecue and allow to cool a little before unwrapping and eating!
