55g butter (plus extra for greasing)
200g mini marshmallows
500g rice krispies
decorating icing and sprinkles (optional)
muffin cases
Place butter and marshmallows in a large microwaveable bowl.
Heat on high for one minute, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until just melted. Stir until combined.
Fold in cereal until well combined.
Lightly grease hands and portion the rice krispies into muffin cases.
Decorate rice krispies treats with icing and sprinkles (optional)
Allow to cool before serving.
