Accessing Student Info & Transcripts
The grade you receive in a College Now class will appear on a transcript from Lane Community College. It may be transferred to another college you attend. You must request transcripts to be sent to other colleges through myLane or the National Student Clearinghouse form. Acceptance of the credits at other colleges depends upon the admission requirements of each school; check with admissions at the school where you apply.
You should regularly verify that all your College Now grades have been posted by looking at your LCC unofficial transcript before you request an official transcript. There is no cost to look at your transcript. Sending official transcripts to colleges or employers has varying fees.

Checking your unofficial transcript
1. Go to www.lanecc.edu/collegenow
2. Scroll down to the Quicklinks section and click on the Register for College Now classes button.
3. Type in your L-number (including the L) and your password to log in.
4. Click on the myEnrollment tab
5. Click on Student Academic Records and Transcripts
6. Click on Unofficial Academic Transcript.
7. Select All Levels and Unofficial Transcript, then click Submit to view.
Requesting an official transcript to be sent to a college or employer:
1. Go to https://www.lanecc.edu/esfs/transcripts
2. Follow the instructions on the page. You can request paper transcripts or have electronic PDFs sent directly to other academic institutions or employers.
3. Verify that all information is correct prior to ordering an official transcript. Check both personal information and information about the institutions to which you are sending transcripts.
