WELCOME BACK RAVENS!
We have a tendency to stare at the bad instead of the good that is all around us. That one person who disliked our photo but there were eighty who loved it. The one friend who walked away from the friendship but the five who love you no matter what. Being late to that one class but on-time to the rest. That one bad test score but the improvement in your overall grade.
Be careful that you don't use your gratitude time to compare yourself to others. Though it is true that some people may have it "worse than you" and some have it "better than you". Gratitude is not about comparison. It is about looking at your life and finding what you can be appreciative for.
