Recognizing the importance of family and community engagement in the education of our children, The School Site Council (SSC), The African-American Advisory Council (AAAC), and English Learners Advisory Council (ELAC) are collaborative efforts between families, community members, and school sites in the Lancaster School District. We are committed to creating a safe learning environment that meets the cultural, academic, and socioemotional needs of our students. These councils bring us together to build, sustain, and establish strong partnerships to implement strategies that effectively engage and support the needs of our students.
