The Department of Continuous Improvement and Special Programs hosts a District Site Leadership Team that focuses on the continuous improvement process of the Lancaster School District. The purpose of Lancaster's DSLT is to provide for a working space to work through problems identified by the district and the departments that make up the district to bring about a seamless educational experience that provides for options and excellence for the students, and families of the Lancaster School District. Representatives are present from all aspects of the district, including certificated teachers, counselors, classified personnel, all Assistant Superintendents, and Division Directors.
