Each month,  our teachers evaluate their students for certain character qualities.   It's important to recognize the whole student, in addition to their academic successes. You can see how this list reflects our values as a school and as young citizens. We launched the new 2024-2025 school year with teaching our students the expectations of every area on campus. 

This poster below  explains what the students do to RULE the school. We love to reward them when they RULE! We explain to our students what specific behavior is expected from them in every location on campus. That way, they can be rewarded for their positive behavior.

We print and cut hundreds of these every week. When we see your students being responsible, respectful, leading by example and safe, we reward them with money to spend at the Monarch Store.

Every Friday, our students get to spend their PBIS money on items like these with the money that they earned. 

Some of them have learned to save up their money to buy the big ticket items in the back like books, purses, and board games. They are learning money management as well!
