Dial *67 on your phone before dialing a phone number to hide your personal phone number. The call will display as Unknown Caller or No Caller ID for the receiver of the call. Families might not pick up, but leave a message telling them you will call back at a specific time. Or use Google Voice.
Keep a record of all student/parent contact in the Synergy Student Contact Log.
You can also use the Google Voice app or website to avoid disclosing your personal number. You must use a PERSONAL GOOGLE account, not your district google account! Google Voice Support

Synergy Mail allows secure and documented communication, all from within Synergy. Teachers will be able to send messages to parents/guardians, students and classes. Students will be able to send messages to their teachers, counselor and other staff. All communications are logged on the Student Contact Log screen and Parent Contact Log screen automatically!
