This agreement outlines student conduct with Lakewood technology.

Within the document are explanations of fees in the event of broken or harmed technology.

Students are permitted to check out material during each class time.  Books are due the following class time, however, the books can be renewed!

Students can check out fiction books, nonfiction books, and magazines!

Students should be responsible with all materials.  

Checking out materials is a wonderful opportunity to learn responsibility skills.  Check out this poster for some basic book care expectations.

Library teachers will be teaching more book care throughout the year.

Additional ideas:

• Establish a library material spot in your family home.

• Keep your library materials in your backpack unless you're using them.

• Teach family and friends appropriate book care you know!

• Keep a material log in a book journal.  Add your ideas and favorite takeaways while reading!
