Some links below for deep stretches that can be quite effective for you. Highly suggest you explore these and also do at least a few of these every day before, during and/or after practice and meets to help prevent injuries. Taking care of your body/muscles will enhance your performance and season.
Most areas that need attention are: hamstrings, quads, hip flexors (huge area with many stretches), calves. Keeping these areas healthy will help prevent back issues as well.
