Breathing and sweating are two ways that you lose fluids, besides bowel and bladder elimination. So when you're working out, keep this in mind. Dehydration & heat exhaustion can be prevented and treated in a few ways. Many people may choose the sports drink choices, which can help and are ok, however, not necessarily the best. Research, personal experience, personal lab reports and giving to my own children during sports activities, I can attest to an alternative option.
