Hi all, my name is Kaitlin Miesbauer and I am the head coach here at LUHS. Our gymnastics team is small but mighty and growing by the year. Our season starts in November and will run through the month of February. We practice Monday through Friday from 3:45 to 5:30.
The team prides itself on being hardworking, dedicated, well rounded and resourceful athletes. We focus a lot on staying positive and building a safe haven in gym no matter what time of year it is.
We welcome anyone whether you have 8 years of experience or have never done a cartwheel!

Middle School Gymnastics
Middle school gymnastics also takes place during the winter season. They practice in the gym here at the high school with us. There are two middle schools (AV-W and MHLT) that make up our middle school program and the team is coached by Laura Hayes. Club Gymnastics
Club gymnastics is a program for kids aged 1-18. We range from tumble tot classes, tumbling classes, workshops, and team. Laura and I coach the different classes almost year round with the help of our high school gymnasts and some volunteer parents.
The program is more rec based and set to help kids learn about gymnastics and to have fun.
