German I

Students learn the basic vocabulary of greetings, introductions, family, animals, hobbies, free time, telling time, sports, food and weather. They will learn to communicate in the present tense through conjugating verbs. Reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills are all enhanced with class work. Study of the geography and culture of the German speaking countries also takes place.
