My name is Ms. Menchini and I am THRILLED to be your teacher. It’s going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us. I am so excited to meet and get to know you. Here are a few things about me.

I was born and raised in the Adirondacks of New York… Lake George to be exact. I attended college in Elmira, NY and earned my degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching now for 29 years and was named "Teacher of the Year" for the 2017-2018 school year!! I had taught Kindergarten for many years and when I had the chance to teach First Grade, I jumped at the opportunity. This is my most favorite grade!

I have two sons. Nick attended Florida Southwest University and Tyler graduated from Seneca High School and works for UPS. I have 3 crazy dogs named Remi, Molly and Tanner. They are so much fun and keep me very busy. I love to go to the beach to relax and look for sea glass. My hobby is cooking and reading lots of books.
