We are looking for dynamic community members who have experience starting up their own business, working for a startup business, and/or a general understanding of business. There are varying levels of time commitments and involvement, including coaches, who work with the teacher to present a lesson over the course of a few class periods, to mentors, who work with students weekly via in person meetings, email, phone, etc. to help mold and shape their idea.

Roles:
Identify and vet Coach and Mentor candidates
Actively manage Coach/Mentor involvement throughout the year
Build momentum in the community
Act as a liaison and connecting point between the teacher and volunteer pool

Roles:
Teach in the classroom
Subject matter expert lending skills to teach specific portion of the curriculum
In-class teaching for length of the module, about 2-5 days

Willing to practice
Comfortable prioritizing the most important concepts to teach

Roles:
Offer the student team strategic guidance and wisdom
Expectation of bi-monthly communication with the team is recommended (more is possible depending on the teams needs and point in the process)
Relationship begins at Unit 2 through Unit 8 and class culmination (Late September-May)
One mentor needed per student group
Volunteer Characteristics:
Engaging personality, authentic, passionate about their business expertise
Patience and willingness to serve as a guide to teens
Entrepreneurial experience important

Offer teams strategic evaluation at Pitch events
Two in-class events - MVP Pitch & Final Pitch
Decision makers on funding for MVP and Final business investments
May serve as founding donors to the INCubatoredu at Tavares High School
