Hi, I’m Ms. Michel, the new bilingual school counselor at Ladera Palma! I’m so excited to create a safe and welcoming environment to support ALL students in meeting their goals! I received my Bachelors Degree in Child & Adolescent Development from CSUF & my Masters Degree in Counseling from CSULB.
¡Hola, soy la Sra. Michel, la nueva consejera escolar bilingüe en Ladera Palma! ¡Estoy muy emocionada de crear un ambiente seguro e inclusivo para ayudar a TODOS los estudiantes a alcanzar sus metas! Recibí mi Licenciatura en Desarrollo Infantil y Adolescente de CSUF y mi Maestría en Consejería de CSULB.

Education/Background
I am a proud first generation college student! My path began at Fullerton Community College where I earned my AA-T and transferred to CSUF to complete my Bachelors Degree in Child & Adolescent Development. I then attended Graduate school at CSULB to pursue my dream of becoming a school counselor!
¡Soy un orgulloso estudiante universitario de primera generación! Mi camino comenzó en Fullerton Community College, donde obtuve mi AA-T y me transferí a CSUF para completar mi licenciatura en Desarrollo Infantil y Adolescente. Luego asistí a la escuela de posgrado en CSULB para perseguir mi sueño de convertirme en consejera escolar!
