The greatest part of running is it can be done anywhere. If you have to miss a couple of days, simply do a workout wherever you are based on our calendar. We want you to make running a priority so wherever you are, put in a good workout!

This is such a great question. When you train based on a program, you will see results so long as you are dedicated to putting in time. We start slow and easy to build up a solid foundation and go to work from there. You might surprise yourself!

Summer Training Camp

Camp July 28-August 1
Cost $200: Includes food and lodging
We are staying at two locations: boys house and girls house. The Roberts family has graciously offered there summer home for us to train so this is fantastic opportunity for a 5 day camp. We plan to have two workouts each day and daily outings to the beach and town.
We will priortize returners, varisty and those who have been coming to summer trainings. We have 10 spots for boys and 10 spots for girls. Both teams will travel down in our suburban and the new 15 passenger van.
