Coach Alexander (Seales) is a former collegiate distance runner out of Sam Houston State University and Blanco, TX . During her time at Sam Houston State University, she competed in both cross country and track, contributing to the team's success in various events. 

Alexander served as an assistant coach for the Lady Scots cross country team during the 2021 season at Highland Park Highschool. Under the guidance of Head Coach Susan Bailey, the team achieved remarkable success, winning the District 7-6A Championship for the 45th time in 49 years.

In the summer of 2023, Alexander was appointed as the head coach for the girls' cross country and track teams at McNeil High School in Round Rock ISD. Alexander brought a wealth of experience to McNeil, having previously coached at Comfort and Blanco High Schools. With the role as head coach at McNeil, Alexander also put on major cross country events including McNeil Invitational and UIL State. 

In her first season (2024) in Lago Vista as the girls Cross Country/ Track and Field head coach, Alexander found success early with district titles in both sports. In addition to these team titles, she has produced several individual champions ranging from Cross Country, relays, 800m and 400m.  Her coaching philosophy emphasizes building a positive team culture and fostering individual growth among athletes.

Coach Clements is a former collegiate distance runner out of UCLA and Cal State Northridge. A Los Angeles native, Coach Clements competed in both Cross Country and track and field cover events from 10k down to 400m but specializing in the 1500m and 800m.

Clements first began coaching in 2019 with middle school runners at Northshore Christian Academy in Washington State. After moving to Texas in 2020, he started helping out the Boys Cross Country and distance squad for track and field in 2021-2022. In 2022, he started his teaching internship certification in Burnet CISD taking a break from coaching for the 2022/2023 season.

In the summer of 2024, Clements was appointed head coach for the Boys Cross Country team in Lago Vista. In the first season as coach, the boys team took first in District and 20th in Region.
