Feb 2nd-13th: Remarkable Accomplishments in Science and Space. Students will continue reading the anchor text, Hidden Figures. Students will be independently reading chapters 1-12, and will work with a group to teach a chapter to the class.

Math 7: 

• We will be reviewing how to use properties (commutative, associative, and distributive) to simplify algebraic expressions for the Quiz on Tuesday. Then we will learn how to simplify expressions by combining like terms. 

ACC: 

• We will continue our work with solving multi-step equations and start learning about how to turn a word problem into an algebraic equation.
