I design hands-on sessions that use the tools of theatre to build the skills your team needs most: better listening, sharper thinking, stronger collaboration, and the confidence to communicate under pressure.
I bring an unusual combination to this work: over a decade of experience as a theatre director and improv teacher, alongside a professional background in the tech industry. I understand corporate teams from the inside, which means the work lands differently.
Sessions are active, practical, and genuinely fun. No performance required.
Communication & Listening
Real listening, not waiting to speak. Participants practise responding to what's actually being said, not what they expected to hear.
Team Trust & Collaboration
Ensemble-building exercises that create psychological safety and shift teams from competing to co-creating.
Creativity & Problem-Solving
Working with constraints, embracing uncertainty, and turning unexpected offers into opportunities, on stage and in the room.
Presentation Confidence & Spontaneity
Tools for staying present, thinking on your feet, and communicating with clarity and ease, whether in a meeting or in front of a crowd.
One-Off Sessions (Half Day or Full Day)
A focused, high-energy session tailored to your team's specific goals. Ideal for team days, offsites, or a standalone development moment.
Multi-Session Programmes
A series of connected workshops that build skills progressively over weeks or months. Deeper learning, lasting change.
Online & Remote Sessions
Fully adapted for distributed teams. Remote doesn't mean passive, these sessions are designed to energise and connect people across screens.
All sessions are tailored to your organisation's culture, goals, and context. I work with corporate teams, cultural institutions, and government organisations.
