I design hands-on sessions that use the tools of theatre to build the skills your team needs most: better listening, sharper thinking, stronger collaboration, and the confidence to communicate under pressure.

I bring an unusual combination to this work: over a decade of experience as a theatre director and improv teacher, alongside a professional background in the tech industry. I understand corporate teams from the inside, which means the work lands differently.

Sessions are active, practical, and genuinely fun. No performance required.

Online & Remote Sessions

Fully adapted for distributed teams. Remote doesn't mean passive, these sessions are designed to energise and connect people across screens.
