About Ms. B
My name is Amy Balsavias (pronounced like "save the ball"), but my students mostly call me "Ms. B". The 2023-2024 school year marks my 19th year in education, my 15th year as a school counselor, and my 14th year in the Ladue School District. I am married to Pete Balsavias. We have three children: Ashley (a news reporter in North Carolina), Jackson (a sophomore at Baylor University), and Aidan (an 8th grader). We live in Creve Coeur with our dogs Milo (a Wheaten Terrier) and Louis (a Lab). I love being a school counselor at Reed Elementary! It is such a special community of students, staff, and families that has become a second home for me.
