Booking a School Show
(See Below) The link shows available timeslots. Time slots disappear once they are booked. (Ex. below Thursday and Friday are taken).
I am available during the time listed to help work around your school day schedule. The show lasts approximately 1:15.
Once you select a time slot a window like this will appear.

In-District Cost / Bussing
Within the School District of La Crosse, the show fee and bussing are covered by the district for 3rd/5th/8th Grade groups. Code the bus under the DISTRICT SCIENCE budget (Tim Sprain).
Out of District Cost
For schools outside the district, the cost of each group/showing is $125 for a 1-hour show. Make checks payable to La Crosse Schools Exploratorium.
2023-24
These are my current times when I can fit a 1:15 planetarium show.
Mon, Tue, Fri: 11:40 - 2:30
Wed: 11:05 -12:45, 1:40-2:55
Thurs: 11:05 - 12:45
Also, these are for a "normal" week, I will get our special schedule weeks updated in the calendar as soon as I am aware of them.

Upon arrival come to the office at the main entrance of the building which is located in the parking lot off Green Bay Street. I am usually there to greet you. If not, Mrs. Goodman will direct you to the near stairwell. The planetarium is right at the top of the stairs (3rd floor) 329.
