The first half of the show is a look at what you can see in the sky tonight combined with a quick tour of the solar system or objects of interest. For the second half sit back for a full dome movie experience.
Did a space rock six miles wide slam into the Earth 66 million years ago and wipe out 75% of all living species, including the dinos? Explore cosmic collisions and dinosaurs close up with us. This program, created by the Milwaukee Public Museum, shows impact collisions from around the world (even in Wisconsin) and the evidence scientist use to make these determinations.

All ages welcome, focused on 10 and up.

The first half of the show is a look at what you can see in the sky tonight and how the sky looked over the millennia. We will explore how other cultures saw the sky including some Lakota, Egyptian and Chinese constellations. For the second half, sit back for a full dome movie experience.
Travel back in time to explore The First Stargazers! Experience how ancient eyes saw the sky above. Your guide is Nashira, a friendly time traveler who reveals amazing tales from cultures all across the globe. Witness the very first stargazer making a moon calendar out of animal bone 30,000 years ago. Discover Kukulkan, the feathered serpent god of the Maya. You will also tower above the Giza pyramids, fly around fascinating Stonehenge, and have many more ancient adventures! Produced by the Milwaukee Public Museum.
