The City of Los Angeles Information Technology Agency (ITA) oversees the city's websites to ensure they are in compliance and meet the technical standards Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). In addition, ITA provides technical assistance and training to city departments and contracted with Monsido, a website scanning tool that identifies and remediate website issues/barriers.
