CPSM Workforce analysis

In March 2025 The Orange County Board of supervisors commissioned a study of our department and Orange County Emergency Communications Center. This study was done by the Center for Public Safety Management. The study was just release a few weeks ago and gives the Board a clear path forward if they choose to do so.
