Upcoming units for Second semester!
Workout Wednesdays: Each Wednesday Students will be participating in what are known as "Workout Wednesdays". These will be made of a series of different exercises that will be posted in the gym at the beginning of each Wednesday class. After a brief description of each exercise, students will be expected to be able to perform each exercise, and be able to understand the posted duration. Each Workout Wednesday workout form will be posted on google classroom for students to view and follow on their own at home. All of these exercises are body weight driven, so students will need no equipment to perform them at home.
