The Kentucky Student Council Association (KYSCA) was born out of a simple yet powerful idea – to unite all student councils in the state of Kentucky. On October 25, 2019, a significant milestone was reached when these schools gathered at Morehead State University to officially launch the Kentucky Student Council Association.
