Registration
The registration desk will be open according to the following schedule.

Please come to the reception desk for registration and pay the Banquet fee. (General: 7,000 JPY / Student: 2,000 JPY.)
Note that we only accept cash (Japanese yen only).
Welcome Reception (HORIBA Symposium Hall)
18:00 to 20:00 at #69 HORIBA Symposium Hall, International Science Innovation Building.
Drinks and light meals will be provided.
Closing remarks and Prize ceremony with Banquet (Clock Tower Centennial Hall)
12:35-15:00, Dec. 06 (Sat): #3 Clock Tower Centennial Hall
The Poster Award winners will be announced. There is no specific dress code.
Instruction for Presenters
[Oral Presentations]
Presentation Length
Plenary (50 min total): 40 min presentation + 10 min discussion
Short-plenary (40 min total): 33 min presentation + 7 min discussion
Invited (25 min total): 20 min presentation + 5 min discussion
Short-invited (20 min total): 15 min presentation + 5 min discussion
Language
All presentations must be delivered in English.
Presentation Format
Recommended: PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx)
Equipment Provided:
PC (Windows), projector, laser pointer, microphone
HDMI and USB-C adapters are available.
Personal laptops can also be used.
Both 4:3 and 16:9 presentation formats are acceptable, but 16:9 will appear slightly larger.
[Poster Presentations]
Poster Size
Recommended size: A0 portrait (W 841 mm × H 1189 mm).
Maximum panel size: W 900 mm x H 2100 mm.
Format
Printed paper only (no electronic or digital posters).
Mounting & Display
Posters will be displayed from Wed 3 morning (after 11:00).
Mounting materials (pins/tape) will be provided on site.
Please remove your poster at the end of the day on Fri 5.
Posters remaining after Fri 5 will be discarded by the organizers.
Poster Sessions
Poster Session A (odd-numbered posters): Thu. 4, 14:00 − 16:00
Poster Session B (even-numbered posters): Fri. 5, 14:00 − 16:00
Presenters are expected to stand by their posters during the designated session.
[Poster Award]
To acknowledge the contributions and efforts of the poster presenters, the organizers will be awarding a few outstanding posters with the Poster Award. The winners will be announced in the Banquet.

Internet access at conference site
In Kyoto University, eduroam is available. We highly recommend to obtain an eduroam account from your institute prior to the workshop. We also have a limited number of guest Wifi accounts. We cannot provide technical supports on the guest account.
