We would like to alert you that unauthorised third parties are contacting conference participants with fraudulent emails offering to arrange accommodation or to finalise your travel details.

These emails often reference the conference or include hotel cancellation policies. One such example reads:

“Kindly let us know your arrival and departure dates in Kyoto to secure accommodation for your stay this December for the conference...”

Please be aware that these messages are NOT from the conference organisers and that we are NOT using any third parties to organise the REQM workshop.

Scope

The purpose of this international workshop is to bring together world’s expert scientists to discuss unresolved issues and novel phenomena in various emergent quantum materials, especially featuring unconventional superconductivity in ruthenium oxides. The expected topics also include superconductivity in kagome and heavy-fermion materials, novel magnetic phenomena in altermagnets, and topological quantum phenomena. In addition to the invited talks, posters will also be presented. This workshop will be held as the 17th Toyota-Riken International workshop.
