Schedule at a Glance:
A light meal will be provided on both days. Please enjoy the time to get to know each other and check out the posters while you eat your lunch.
Posters can be displayed throughout the whole day of the presentation. In addition to your attendance time, we encourage you to put up your poster during the Open Time. (You do not need to be in front of your post during Open Time.)

Those who register early will receive a Kyoto Yuzen pass case (worth 1,100 JPY, which can be used not only as a name card holder during the convention, but also as a pass holder after the convention) as an early registration bonus.
The early registration bonus will be available until 5:00 pm (JST) on March 24, 2025.
A. After the early bird registration deadline, the fee will be the regular registration fee. Members of the Cognitive Psychology Association must pay the annual membership fee by the day of the conference.
B. Presentations of field, applied, and practical research related to cognitive psychology by non-members will be accepted by recommendation of regular members.
C. Undergraduate students interested in cognitive psychology or related fields, or their equivalents, who present at the conference by recommendation of regular members.
*Those must include a member of the Society as co-presenters.
D. Members in these categry must pay the registration fee by 5:00 pm (JST) on March 24 (Mon.), 2025.
E. Registration is only possible on the day of the Conference. Please present your student ID at the registration desk.
When you register for the conference using the registration form, people will be asked to pay by credit card. If anyone is unable to pay by credit card, please contact the conference committee.
The registration fee for this conference is not subject to invoicing, as members are untaxable and non-members are non-taxable.

If you wish to make a presentation, please register “Title,” “Abstract,” and “Preferred Presentation Style” when you register on the registration site.

The deadline for submissions is 5:00 pm (JST) on March 24, 2025.
The deadline for submitting manuscripts for the conference proceedings is April 15, 2025.
If you plan to enter a graduate school in April 2025 and become a member of the society, you can register and present your study at the conference as a “member”. For more information on joining, please see the website of the Japanese Society for Cognitive Psychology (the linked page is only in Japanese).
Presentation styles are either oral or poster. Both presentations will be given face-to-face, and will also be available to view online at a later date. The languages for presentations will be either Japanese or English.
In order to be recognized as an official presentation, the authors must give their research presentation in person (presentations given online only will not be accepted).
Please note that, due to the schedule of the program, there may be cases where the authors are allocated a poster presentation even if they prefer an oral presentation (or vice versa).
The presentation will be recognized as an official presentation if the authors meet the two conditions: 1) Publication in the conference proceedings, and 2) Presentation at the conference.
English presentations are candidates for the JSCP Distinguished Presentation Award (Internationality Evaluation Division).
Please submit the abstract when the authors register to give a presentation.
The abstract can be in either Japanese or English, but if the authors giving the presentation in English, please be sure to submit the abstract in English.
Please submit manuscripts in both PDF and Word formats.
Please refer to the template file for details on the number of words and required information.
If the presentation will be given in English, please be sure to submit the manuscript in English.
The proceedings will be available on the conference website as soon as they are ready. No printed proceedings will be prepared.
The proceedings will be made available on J-Stage after the conference.
