To All Oral Presenters
For oral presentations, we recommend using a Windows 11 PC, as compatibility issues may occasionally arise when using a Mac.
Both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios are supported; however, we recommend using 16:9, as the projectors and displays at the venue are set to a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The allotted time is 15 minutes for each presentation in the General Session and 10 minutes for each presentation in the Student Session. In both sessions, this includes approximately 3 minutes for questions and answers and the transition between presenters.
To All Poster Presenters
As indicated in the program above, the poster session is scheduled for 15:05–16:05 on September 28. It will be held in the Academic Mall, located on the first floor of the Central Building, next to the Main Lecture Hall.
Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the workshop. The poster size should be A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.
The venue will open at 9:00 a.m. on September 28, and you may put up your poster from that time.
