For participants attending the workshop, the Local Organizing Committee plans to make group reservations at Super Hotel Toyama Imizu for the nights of September 27 and 28. If a non-smoking single room is acceptable, please indicate this in the registration form when registering for the workshop.
Participants who prefer a room other than a non-smoking single room are kindly requested to make their own hotel reservations. Please refer to the hotel list below.
For participants joining the Field Trip, the Local Organizing Committee plans to arrange accommodations for the night of September 29 at a Japanese-style hot spring inn (ryokan) in the Shogawa Onsen area. Please note that single rooms are not available at the ryokan, and participants will generally be accommodated in shared rooms. Your accommodation preferences for the Field Trip will also be collected through the registration form.
