Observation - schedule a class period for the peer reviewer to watch a lesson.
Debrief - 20-30 minute conversation about the data collected with the intent on making meaning of it and figuring out how to best improve our practice as teachers.
Submit documentation form - the teacher who was reviewed should submit the topic discussed and the date the observation was completed using the form on the home screen of this website; all other paperwork remains confidential between you and your peer reviewer.
Non-tenured teachers will be evaluated 3 times per year by an administrator per contract.
Tenured teachers will fall into the cycle listed to the left. Year 1 and 2 will have peer reviews. It is the responsibility of the teacher to initiate the peer review process and document completion.
Year 3 will be evaluated by an administrator.
