2025 Fellow Shuyuan Zhang conducted research on reparations during her time in Nepal with CHRV. Her research was used to write this policy paper which argues that reparations in Nepal should be re-centered on survivors' perspectives and conceptualized as survivor-oriented, needs-based, and responsive to harm that evovles over time.
