Maina Karki

A victim advocate and politician, Maina Karki, originally from Jajarkot district of Karnali province, has served as the president of the Conflict Victims Common Platform and as a Member of Parliament from 2022 - 2025.  Her husband was abducted and killed by Maoists during the conflict and she has since become a staunch advocate for justice for all victims and survivors.
