- Salora application (also "application") - a mobile application available for download through the App Store and Google Play;

- Personal data operator - a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
- Personal data processing - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1. Where does the privacy policy apply
This privacy policy applies to the information we collect during your use of the Salora application, the website https://Salora.ru, as well as during the execution of any agreements and contracts concluded with users by the IP.
This privacy policy applies only to the processing of personal data of users who are citizens of the Russian Federation or other CIS countries. Using the Salora application means the user's unconditional consent to the current privacy policy and the specified terms of personal data processing. In case of disagreement with these terms, the user must refrain from using the Salora application.
2. What information do we collect
The categories of personal data processed by us depend on how the user interacts with the application.
In some cases, the user may provide certain personal information or refrain from providing it, but access to certain functions of the application may, among other things, depend on the user providing certain data and the scope of their provision.
During the use of the application, we may, among other things, process the following data:
Information provided by the user independently.
In order to create your account and grant access to the application, we may, among other things, need the following personal data:
- Full name/username;
- Date, month, year of birth;
- Email address;
- Mobile phone number;
- Gender;
- Height;
- Information about the presence/absence of children;
- Education;
- Links to social network accounts;
- Preferences in terms of alcohol and/or smoking and other habits;
The IP does not check the accuracy of the personal data provided by the user and does not have the ability to assess the legal capacity of users. However, the IP assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient information and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in the User Agreement.
Information collected automatically when using the application.
Personal information collected during the use of the application may include the following data:
- Geolocation of the user's device;
- Device information, which may, among other things, include information about the computer and/or mobile device you use to access the Salora application, including the hardware model, operating system and its version, the web browser used and other device identifiers;
- Server log data, which may, among other things, include your registration data, date and time of visits, pages viewed/date and time of tests, date and time of visiting the personal messages section, your IP address, time spent in the Salora application;
- Information collected through tracking technologies. We and our service providers use various technologies to collect information when you interact with the application, including web beacons.
Cookies are small data files that are stored on your device when you use the application and allow us to collect information about your device identifiers, IP address, web browsers used to access the application, pages or features viewed, time spent on pages, application performance and the links you click.
Web beacons are graphic images placed on a website or in an email that are used to monitor the behavior of a user visiting a website or sending an email. They are often used in combination with cookies. The IP's cookie policy is set out in the Cookie Policy.
Personal information collected by the IP from other sources.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also receive information from third parties about suspected or confirmed cases of individual users violating the user agreement, privacy policy or applicable law in order to ensure the safety of our users.
If you use links to visit other websites, services, posted in chats or in our application, this policy will not apply to your use and activity on such websites. You should review the privacy policies of other websites, as we do not control them and are not responsible for any information provided or collected by these third parties.
The personal data specified in this policy is collected only with the voluntary consent of the user and is processed solely for the purposes clearly defined in this policy.
3. Purposes of processing and using users' personal data
The main purpose of collecting information about users is to provide the opportunity to use the Salora application and improve its quality.
Within the framework of the above purpose, we may process personal data ourselves and through third parties, including in order to:
- Provide access to the application in accordance with the user agreement;
- Improve the operation of the application, improve the existing functionality of the application, add new;
- Develop new Salora applications independently and by legal entities that are part of the same group of persons as Salora;
- Provide personalized selections in the application;
- Conduct scientific research and development in order to improve the functionality of the application;
- Conduct statistical and other studies based on aggregated data arrays;
- Fulfill user requests, provide technical support to the user;
- Communicate with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the application, fulfilling agreements and contracts;
- Detect and prevent violations of the user agreement and this policy, for example, by studying complaints received from users, studying and developing measures to counter violations of the User Agreement and this policy, analyzing and accumulating information on cases of violation of the User Agreement and this policy;
- Create personalized advertising materials and provide them to the user;
Properly fulfill the obligations imposed on the individual entrepreneur in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
4. Processing of personal information of users and its transfer to third parties
In some cases, in order to develop the Salora application, optimize its operation and offer new functionality of the application, we and / or legal entities included in the same group of persons, we may transfer some personal data of users to partners, service providers and / or other third parties. We guarantee that in order to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and the security of its processing, the said transfer will be carried out exclusively in compliance with all requirements of the applicable law.
We may transfer your personal data to third parties (including partners, service providers, persons affiliated with Salora, etc.) located in the territory of other countries, subject to the necessary requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
At the same time, before such transfer, we always receive confirmation that such countries ensure adequate protection of your personal data, and, thus, your personal data will be protected no less reliably than it is provided in Russia.
In addition to the conditions above, if the said processing is carried out in whole or in part in the territory of states that do not ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable law, this processing will be carried out exclusively in compliance with all requirements of the law and in the presence of the necessary legal grounds.
In case of transfer of your personal data outside of Russia, Salora ensures its lawfulness, including, but not limited to, the existence of grounds provided by law for such transfer and compliance with other requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
We may partially share data with third parties if:
- The user has expressed consent to such actions;
- The transfer is necessary for the user to use the application or to fulfill a specific agreement or contract with the user;
- The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;
- In order to ensure the ability to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the individual entrepreneur or third parties, for example, in cases where the user violates the User Agreement of the application, this policy or other obligations assumed.
The individual entrepreneur stores the personal information of users in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, this policy and the internal regulations of the individual entrepreneur.
The user's personal data is processed by the IP for the entire period of the user's use of the application and/or the validity of agreements and contracts with the user, taking into account the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Changing and deleting personal information
If the user sends a request to delete an account, the corresponding account is deleted by Salora within 10 business days from the date of receipt of such request by Salora. The request is sent to the email address support@salora.io or by clicking on the “Delete account” button.
The user can view, update or delete any personal information specified in the account at any time. To do this, he/she can edit the information in his/her account online or send an email to support@salora.io if the limit set by us for independent changes or deletion of data is exceeded.
The user's rights provided for in this policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of the individual entrepreneur to save the information changed or deleted by the user for the period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the legally established procedure to a government agency.
6. Protection of personal data
The individual entrepreneur takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions by third parties.
7. Protection of minors
To use the Salora application, the user must be at least 18 years old. If you suspect that the profile owner is a minor, please report this.
We will take measures to clarify the user's age and, if necessary, delete such a profile and all information about it, and also monitor repeated attempts to register minors in the application.
8. Changes to the privacy policy
The individual entrepreneur has the right to make changes to this privacy policy.
Salora will inform users of any changes to this policy by posting information in the application. Subsequent use of the Application after changes to the current Policy will be considered as your consent to these changes.
The new version of the policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the policy.

9. Applicable law
This policy and the relationship between the user and the individual entrepreneur arising in connection with the application of the privacy policy are subject to the law of the relevant other CIS member state.
