POINTS OF INFORMATION
Please park school buses in the Holy Spirit School parking lot SOUTH of the high school.
All contest centers will begin promptly at 8:00 A.M. and will conclude between 4:00 and 5:00 P.M.
Fill out the change form at the IHSSA.org website for substitutions and drops as you become aware of them.
DROPS - If you notice a Drop presented on the Center Schedule you may make the time change with the Room Chair of that center.
Radio news reminder to have students report to the prep room 30 minutes before scheduled performance time. There will be extra tape, scissors, and scrap paper in the prep room.
Extra carts with extension cords will be outside room 100 for Review and Expository tech needs.
Coaches- Read your rules and follow them to keep from unnecessary disqualifications.
Remember to bring 3 ballots for the judges. If you need copies, cords, or speakers or have questions - come to the main office.
Always be early for your events as they may run ahead of schedule.
If you must change the order of an event, you may do so with the Room Chair. It is only permissible for a valid reason.
Your School Code will be presented on the schedule, make sure you inform family members of this code to help follow along with the schedule. The main entrance personnel will have school codes, maps, and schedules for those who need help.
RESULTS WILL BE LIVE - posted as we get them on the schedule- use the QR code or website.
After your contest day, once all of your ratings have been POSTED, we will distribute your comments sheets to you. We will NOT allow you to pick up comment sheets until all your school ratings are posted. If you wish to leave before your ratings are posted, you must leave a heavily stamped self-addressed envelope in the office before you leave.
Please ensure that your students are well-behaved and respectful of our school and that all hallways and corridors are silent during performance times.
Parents and spectators MUST enter through the Main Entrance (Clark Street) while students and bus aficionados may be allowed to enter through the South entrance, (Bluff Street)
The main office, inside the front doors of Kuemper High School, will be the event headquarters. A registered nurse and school administrator will be available for any special needs. If you have any drops or substitutes that have not been entered on the IHSSA.org change form, please bring these to the main office upon entering the building. You may also store any coach belongings or personal items in the main office.
Please use the locker rooms in the GYM/TEAM CAMPS area as dressing rooms rather than the restrooms. Thank you!
RATINGS: Ratings will be posted on this website, the cafeteria television, and the gymnasium.
