WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The first challenge event invites submissions of ideas from students enrolled in high schools and universities in Asian countries and territories, namely Hong Kong, China; Japan; People Republic of China; Republic of Korea; Chinese Taipei; and the ASEAN member states (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam).
