Objectives

The objectives of the operation challenge scenario for this AAVC 2023 includes:

- Search and identify the recipient located within the search area.

- Obtain the accurate positioning of the recipient.

- Safely deliver the fragile items (several raw eggs) to the recipient via air-drop method.

The recipient is a standard-size human represented by manikin with clothing. The manikin will be placed randomly within the search area, in which its pose is set to mimic normal human behavior. This would encourage the use of machine learning algorithm to identify and localize the target autonomously subjected to available machine learning dataset e.g. UAV-Human dataset by Li et al (https://paperswithcode.com/paper/uav-human-a-large-benchmark-for-human).
