All Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, and college students are required to have a library card to be used for borrowing reference materials and home-reading books at the library.
Each student is provided with a library card for free. However, lost library cards shall be charged for renewal.
Present your school ID upon entering the library; NO ID, NO ENTRY.
Always present your school ID at all times when borrowing a book.
Library clientele are requested to conduct themselves in a way that will not disturb the peace and order of the library.
Take good care of the book as if it were yours.
Return the books properly.
Readers are reminded that the library is primarily for serious study and research.
Smoking, eating, drinking, littering, loitering, or forms of public display of affection are not allowed.
Speak quietly.
Periodical materials are for room use only (magazines, journals; textbooks; thesis; dissertations; encyclopedias; atlas; almanac; etc.).
Reserved and reference books are available for use in the reading area only during recess and lunch break the following morning. The use of books is made available after class hours.
Nobody is allowed to borrow any book without the assigned Library staff/in charge.
Loss of books and other materials should be reported immediately to the librarian/in charge for proper action and to avoid problems during the signing of individual clearances.
Putting deliberate marks and tearing pages of a book are acts of vandalism. Once caught, the offender will be subject to disciplinary action.

Borrowed materials that are returned late are subject to overdue fines.
Fiction and non-fiction PHP 5.00 per day
Borrowers with overdue books or with standing obligations to the library will be allowed to borrow unless all library accounts are settled.
A lost book must be reported directly to the concerned section where the book was charged.
It must be replaced with the same book title or a related subject.
