Lecturer and Head of the Business Administration Department

Currently working at KTI holding the position of Head of the Business Administration Department, also teaching several modules such as Principles of Marketing, Marketing and Customer Service, Management Information System, Media Management, Entrepreneurship Management, and Fundamentals of Management, as well as supervising graduation Projects.

I’m head of my department’s committees such as the council, scientific, and examination committees as well as a member of the institute’s council committee and higher examination committee.

I was a member of some other committees at my institutes such as the auditing committee and the arranger of quality assurance of the business administration department.

I started working as a lecturer at first, then held the position of head of the Business Administration department since 01.09.2019.

Working as a business coach for Regakan Project, Regakan sub-grants in Sulaymaniyah governorate for ecotourism business startups (start-up grants).

Teaching at the University of Sulaimani, College of Administration and Economics, at the departments of Business Management and Marketing Management – Evening.

I teach Time Management, Crises Management, and Organizational Behavior modules.

2018 - 2019 KURDSAT BROADCASTING CORPORATION

Translator, editor, and social media specialist

Worked at Kurdsat Broadcasting Corporation in the social media department, my duties were translating from both English and Arabic to the Kurdish language, editing, running the social media websites and pages of the channel as well as working on montage software (EDUISE) for rendering and preparing the TV programs for publishing on social media.

2017- 2018 SNNC

Translator and Editor

Worked on the SNNC website in the magazine section of the website, I translate and Edit a variety of news dates that relate to the categories in the magazine section, including health, social, lifestyle, science, environment, celebrities, entertainment, style, traffic, and gallery. I translate the news from English and Arabic into the Kurdish language, also interviewed celebrities, and published them in the written media.

September 2017 mercy corps

Enumerator

Worked 12 days with Mercy Corps Organization as social cohesion Enumerator in the Sulaimaniyah-Piramagrun field for gathering data for an end-of-project evaluation, the Social Cohesion program. We worked as a team for collecting quantitative surveys in the area by collecting data from displaced families and host communities by using electronic data collection through using ODK software.

Patient service and interpreter

Title: Patient Admission

Worked for about 2 months as a patient attendant where I was guiding patients inside the hospital, arranged phone calls with patient admissions in their departments and appointments with the departments, and interpreted anywhere in the hospital when needed.

Worked as a translator of English, Arabic, and Kurdish language between patients and doctors during my employment.

Worked as a patient admission for 9 months which I was arranging all appointments for the department I was working for all the doctors in that department, arranging doctors' availability and their schedules, taking care of patients' sick leaves and medical reports between doctors and the HR department, making bills for patients by a special network system that was specially made for the hospital, entering patient data to the system and make MRN (medical record number) for them.

I was responsible for the total bills and the cashier of the department I was working daily, end day report of the total bills and handing them to the Finance department.

Oriented between all medical departments and worked with different staffs, such as working with General Surgery, Radiology, Laboratory, Pediatrics, Dental, Gynecology, visitor staff for Orthopedics from UK and Denmark, Neurology and Neurosurgery staff.

Worked with the dental team (doctors and nurses) for the hospital then the new medical staff came and used a new system rather than the usual system for the hospital, I used to work on both systems and both software programs at the same time to manage data entry and bill entries.
