- * Founder of the (WALA) Foundation for Media and Publishing, its CEO in (2009-2014).
- * Deputy Editor-in-Chief of (Al-Mustaqbal), the monthly Arabic-speaking magazine, which was published in Kirkuk Governorate in (2003-2004).
- *Deputy Editor-in-Chief of (Bana Rozh), the semi-monthly magazine, speaking the Kurdish language in Kirkuk (2003-2004).
- * Member of the editorial board of (Hamrin) intellectual magazine, which was a quarterly magazine and concerned with thought, political and media affairs (1997-1998).
- -Participated in many international conferences, including:
- • Paris, on (the Iraqi situation and the Kurdish issue) in 2013.
- • Amman, on (The Role of the Media in National Reconciliation) in 2006.
- • Cairo, on the (Arab Spring) in 2011.
- • Beirut, on (political, social and economic challenges in the Middle East). in 2005.
- -He won the first prize in writing intellectual research at the Clawes Cultural and Literary Festival (2007), which is attended by Iraqi, Arab, Kurdish, Persian and European intellectuals and is held annually in the city of Sulaimani, the capital of culture for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
- - He received more than 30 awards and certificates of appreciation from media institutions and civil society organizations in recognition of his cultural and media contributions.
- - He authored 17 media, intellectual and political books, 6 of which are in Arabic, and three of them were published by Dar Al Uloom Al Arabiya - Beirut / Lebanon.
