Clubhouse

Residents and non-residents can rent the Keenwick Sound Clubhouse. The rental fee for a KSHA resident is $50, and for a non-KSHA sponsored group, is $150. Checks should be made payable to Keenwick Sound Homeowners Association. At KSHA’s discretion, a cleaning deposit of $50.00 may also be required at the execution of this agreement. The $50 will be returned upon inspection and inventory of the building by KSHA, such that:

• No damage been done

• No property has been removed

• ALL TRASH AND LEFT OVER FOOD HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES

• No food or drinks have been left in the refrigerator

Additionally,

• For decorations, use tape that will not damage the walls (i.e. painter’s tape, masking tape)

• This is a SMOKE FREE FACILITY, including the exterior grounds.

• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on or around the premises.

• CRAB FEASTS are NOT permitted inside the club house.

• Clubhouse Rental does not include use of the pool.

Individual(s) signing the Clubhouse Usage Agreement is/are responsible for the approved use of the clubhouse, the conduct/behavior of all guests and an acceptable level of cleanup after use and may include properly disinfecting the rooms and all surfaces in compliance with all applicable Delaware State Ordinances in place at the time.
