The KaHS Music Boosters are a volunteer Non-Profit organization designed to help the music students at Kamiakin High School and are the cornerstone that keeps things running smoothly. This support is provided through logistics, fundraising, and encouragement.
Purpose: The KaHS Performing Arts Boosters is an organization of parents that work together to help support the Choir, Band, Orchestra, and Drama departments at Kamiakin High School. They provide administrative, financial and logistical support for the Department. They promote and foster communication of the activities and interests of the department. They support and encourage music and theater education within the high school and the community in which it resides. The booster organization encourages financial support of the departments through contributions to the Organization.
We support the entire music program including instrumental and vocal music.
There are many ways you can help, from helping to raise funds to volunteering for a specific event. While our executive board helps oversee the general running of the boosters, we need parent volunteers to help make the program possible. New to the program? Never fear, our seasoned parents will mentor you. If we keep passing down the knowledge and encouraging others to volunteer, then one day you can show someone else the ropes.
Warning! Parents, guardians, and grandparents directly benefit their students in music when volunteering and set an extremely positive example.
In addition to the board positions, there are many other opportunities for involvement. Scroll down the page to see all positions.
