where do I go for laptop kōkua and tech questions?
HPK for laptop kōkua
Hale Pahana Kipaepae (HPK) is where your child can get support for their laptop during the school day, while they are on campus. If your child's laptop isn't working properly, they can try a few steps found on the HPK homepage. If those 4 steps are not working, they can seek out kōkua during their school day from their kumu, who can issue them a loaner laptop.
Haumāna should back-up their data on Google Drive (or an external drive) before getting a loaner at school.
Kumu can guide students through the loaner process and help them fill out a repair request form to make sure their laptop gets fixed as quickly as possible.
