I absolutely cannot recommend Kristy enough! She is absolutely fantastic and has supported me extensively to completely change my lifestyle for the better.
My goal is to loose fat and become strong and comfortable in myself for the first time. I have now completed almost three months and I feel like a new person and well on my way to achieving my goals. I have previously tried fad diets and death by cardio. Each time I didn’t get the results I wanted or I very quickly felt back into bad habits. Kristy has helped me to overcome this, integrating a healthy diet without restriction and consistent exercise and training to fit into my everyday life. For the first time in my life I see this as a long term lifestyle change that I enjoy and thrive on.
My two PT sessions a week have helped me gain confidence in the gym. Before them, I’d never step foot in the weight section and found trips to the gym boring and found it hard to find motivation to complete sessions. Alternatively, I now feel comfortable using gym equipment and enjoy learning new.
Kristy has been so flexible and understanding through out my journey when I have needed it and is always at the end of the phone willing to give her time to support.
I cannot say enough how much Kristy, her support and commitment to my goals has completely changed my lifestyle for the better.

I came to Kristy happy with my body shape but keen to increase my strength and general fitness as I approach 40.
I've been going to the gym for a number of years but never dared to venture into the weights area. Kristy has shown me a new side to the gym and given me the confidence to try new things and really focus on my strength. The workouts she has devised for me help me track my progress and see where I'm making gains. She is happy to show me how to make adjustments when I'm having niggles and prepared to show me the same things again (and again and again). She has given me the accountability I need to prioritise my fitness and I would highly recommend.

Kristy is 100% one of the best coaches out there, I’d recommend to absolutely anyone. She helped me for over 3 months and to this day I still continue to do what I learnt from her. I’ve always gone to the gym, fitness classes and swimming however somewhat stayed away from weight training. Kirsty completely changed this for me and now I weight train at least twice a week. I always thought that only doing weight training twice a week would be pointless but Kristy always reminded me that life is busy and we can’t always train five times a week but I can still achieve my goals. Her programmes were bespoke to me so I could still go to the fitness classes I loved as well as swimming. She made it work to fit around my life. My mindset changed with the food I now eat and it gives me so much more energy for my workouts as well as day to day (I also sleep so much better)!
Kristy gave me the confidence I needed to feel great again and motivated me throughout the months working with her, sometimes on a daily basis when I needed it. There’s never anything she wouldn’t do for her clients and I never felt silly asking questions if I wasn’t sure. The support, guidance and accountability pushed me to be my best!

Kristy is amazing! She made me feel at ease straight away with her relaxed and fun approach to PTing. I really enjoyed our sessions and all the guidance that came with it. I am having a break from the sessions due to personal reasons but will 100% sign up with Kristy again. Her sessions/packages are reasonably priced and you can actually see results very quickly if you follow the advice!

I am so impressed with Kristy’s coaching, she has been fundamental to my growth both physically and mentally, I feel stronger and more enthusiastic about going to the gym.
My mindset has completely changed, I used to be very anxious at the gym and would stick to what I knew, however with Kristy’s plan, I’ve been trying new exercises and feeling so confident in myself (even wearing shorts and a crop top in the gym which I never would have dreamt of before).
Kristy is keeping me accountable which has been fundamental to my growth, she is there to motivate me when I really don’t feel like it and pushes me to be the best version of myself, checking in on my progress (calories, weight and PB’s) which I have found to be one of my main motivators and she is also my biggest hypegirl!!

Kristy knows her stuff and gave great advice and was always there if I had any questions, I felt much stronger for adding the extra session. The work outs were so easy to follow and showed you step by step what to do.
Really pleased with my progress & I would recommend Kristy, she's an amazing coach.
