When it comes to health and fitness, I’ve been on the whole journey across the last 8 years - fat loss, body recomposition, muscle gain, strength.
I started the gym in 2015 at university to lose weight because i was unhappy and unconfident in my body. All for a girls holiday! I thought the ultimate fix was becoming my skinniest self which meant hella sacrificing my life for fitness plus constant cardio, restriction, binge eating and diets.
No matter what i did, i was never ever happy in myself!
But being skinny isn’t the transformation that most people dream of which took me like forever to realise.
Its much more than that which is what inspired me to become a coach and turn my passion into my career to help empower women to feel strong and confident, transform their physique AND live their best life alongside fitness.
My real passion for fitness flourished as well as my confidence in 2020 (yes during COVID), when i started to focus on fuelling my body and building muscle. It changed my whole perspective on fitness and showed me that theres more to life than restriction.
My aim is to work with women who want to achieve a healthier lifestyle, and create a body they feel confident in without having to sacrifice their life or enjoyment to achieve your goals. All whilst getting strong AF in the gym & maybe growing some big juicy glutes too!
