I am an Energy Healing Practitioner of Holy Fire® Reiki and VortexHealing® and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a creative, intuitive, inventive, grounded, and calming presence that I bring forward into my practice to help those with anxiety or depression or someone just wanting to find more of their own inner peace and enjoyment for life. I utilize Holy Fire® Reiki healing, VortexHealing®, crystal healing, sound healing and intuition along with my family systems psychotherapy and certified EMDR training to provide a holistic session to get to the healing needed for the people I meet with. 

I have intensive EMDR and holistic practices intensives available to get to the heart of your issues in a short amount of time and shift you quickly into a new space. The intensives can be one to four days for 3-5 hours each day. No check repeating checking in of traditional weekly sessions so saving time as well as getting in to the material and clearing it out. 

I am a Certified EMDR practitioner, a Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki Master and Teacher, and a VortexHealing® Practitioner. EMDR is a therapy that saves time by getting directly to the roots of the issue. My practice bridges the gap between holistic practices and traditional talk therapy. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I have an in-depth understanding of complex trauma. Everyone has it in themselves to heal.

For those interested in holistic practices, I am a Reiki Master that can teach you how to do Reiki for yourself and others. I also utilize crystal and sound healing modalities for yourself in your day to day life so you become your own healer! I have knowledge of various energy healing practices, crystals, sound, essential oils among other tools that I love to share with you. Everyone of us has it in ourselves to heal. I'd be honored to help you find your way!

Personally, I am a mother of three girls that keep me busy. I love getting out to do activities with them, especially outdoors. I find the outdoors so therapeutic no matter what I am doing outside. I also enjoy socializing with friends and family and keeping connected to my community.
