INTRODUCTION

iClass is a web-based Classroom Booking System to facilitate the scheduling and management of classrooms, labs and auditoriums ensuring efficient utilisation of educational spaces.

Users can view available time slots and book rooms for various events or classes, with the ability to see bookings by day, week, or month. iClass streamlines the process of reserving educational spaces, making it easier for lectures, and staff to manage their schedules and ensure that classrooms are used effectively.

By providing a user-friendly interface, iClass enhances the overall efficiency of classroom management and helps remove barriers to learning by ensuring that spaces are available and organised for optimal use.

*System administration and authority will be managed by the Department Of Admission, while system updates and technical maintenance will be handled by CITE. All iClass system-related complaints should be directed to the Department of Admission.
