OVERVIEW
LMS SYSTEM
LECTURER
REGISTRATION & DELETION
Lecturers requesting a user ID will have it registered by CITE within seven working days. Once registered, lecturers are responsible for uploading materials, and preparing assessments or quizzes according to their teaching plan, as well as marking student submissions. They are also required to complete evaluation forms, with CITE distributing e-surveys twice a year.
For account management, HR will notify CITE of staff resignations, after which CITE will suspend the user account and permanently delete it after one month.
STUDENT
REGISTRATION & DELETION
Student user IDs are requested by the Program Coordinator or Lecturer in charge, and CITE will generate them within seven working days. The login credentials are then sent via email to the coordinator/lecturer, after which students can begin using the LMS with guidance from their lecturers. CITE provides technical support during working hours and distributes e-surveys to students twice a year for evaluation.
For removal, lecturers must notify CITE, who will verify user status (deferred, withdrawn, or existing).
ISSUES REPORT
HANDLING
Users must request and complete the e-Report Issue Form on Helpdesk for each LMS, after which the report will be processed within seven working days through email.
CITE will identify and resolve the problem; if more time is required, users will be informed of the progress status. Once the issue is resolved, CITE will notify the user accordingly.
